Policies
Payments: Casitas del Mar requires a 50% deposit with the balance due 1 month prior to arrival.
Cancellation: If notice of cancellation is received 45 days or more prior to your arrival, your deposit, less a 15% handling charge, will be refunded. There will be no refund after 45 days prior to arrival. If available, there is no charge for changing of dates however, any credit must be used within 3 months. For your peace of mind we recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.
