Deposit:
Casitas del Mar requires a 50% deposit
Cancellation:
If notice of cancellation is received 60 days or more prior to
your arrival, your deposit, less a 20% handling charge, will be
refunded. There will be no refund after 60 days prior to
arrival. There is no charge for changing of dates if available.
For your peace of mind we recommend that you purchase trip
cancellation insurance.
Balance: The balance will be paid in cash upon arrival.
Traveler’s checks can be used if agreed to in advance of your
arrival. Sorry, we cannot accept personal checks or credit cards
upon arrival.
